TCK Media takes all reasonable precautions to ensure correctness of the content presented on the Service. TCK Media takes all reasonable precuations to protect the name, email, and identity of each subscriber.

You agree to:

1. Not copy and distribute any content from the Service.

2. Not hold TCK Media or it's partners responsible for damages resulting from direct or indirect use or misuse of the Service.

3. * Allow the Service record your I.P. (Internet Protocal) address and record the time and date of your visit.

4. * Allow the Service to store a Cookie (small text file) on your system to track your visits.

* Any information recorded by the Service is not personally identifiable and will not harm or slow-down your computer. It is only used for information that will help us to improve the Service and/or is necessary for the Service to work correctly.
